Netral Industrial Group is built by a team with deep manufacturing roots –
but today we operate beyond the limits of a single factory, through a hybrid manufacturing model.

In this model:

• The core of our product portfolio (e.g. LV & MV switchgear, CSS and related steel/metal infrastructure),

• And a significant part of the sheet metal, cabinet, mechanical and structural work that feeds these products

are handled directly within our own controlled production ecosystem.
Only for specific, high-specialisation or geo/volume-driven needs do partner manufacturers step in.

The goal is to turn distributed capacity into one brand, one standard and one accountable counterpart in the eyes of the customer.

The backbone of the hybrid model: in-house manufacturing

Our internal manufacturing capabilities are the backbone of the hybrid model. They cover, among others:

• Design and production of sheet-steel frames, cabinets and metal parts

• Special mechanical components and auxiliary steel structures

• Series production of defined sub-assemblies under a standard product logic

• Painting, surface treatment and critical assembly operations

• Product architecture, technical documentation and final quality control

This ensures that the product’s core structure, mechanical integrity and visible finish
are shaped directly under our own engineering and quality discipline.

Partner Network: the layer of specialisation and flexibility

Our partner network is not about pushing everything outside.
It is a controlled extension of capacity for clearly defined areas of expertise.

Partner manufacturers typically come into play for:

• Highly specific processes
  (e.g. certain casting operations, galvanising, special coatings, heat treatment, etc.)

• Items where it is advantageous for production to be geographically closer to the project site

• Very high-volume, fully standard component families

• Auxiliary equipment that must accompany the project, but sits outside our core product focus

For each partner, we apply:

• An initial capability and quality audit

• Project-specific control plans and checkpoints

• On-site intermediate inspections and witness tests, where needed

So even when different facilities are involved,
the output continues to carry the same Netral standard.

Quality, traceability and a single point of accountability

In any hybrid model, the biggest risk is fragmentation of standards.
We manage this through a common quality backbone:

• Shared engineering criteria, material standards and test requirements

• End-to-end traceability via project numbers and structured documentation

• Lot/serial – test report – documentation matching at sub-component level

• Ongoing monitoring and scoring of partner performance
